Nic is and Austrian born chef with a love for travel and the sea.
His style of cooking reflects on places visited and worked in the past, from Carribean Islands to Ski Resorts in the beautiful Austrian Alps, using techniques from classic French to Modernist Cuisine.
He enjoys trying new to market product, movements, combinations and cooking methods with a focus on natural "real food" and fresh local ingredients.
